Shipping Times

Items are handmade and attuned specifically for you, which can take up to 7 days. If you require your item to be posted sooner, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate.

You will receive an email when your item ships. Shipping is through An Post (Irish post).

Returns for Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, get in touch at hello@cuddlefairy.com to discuss a refund or replacement. Returns must be within 7 working days of receipt in an unused condition, and in original packaging, for a full refund or exchange. You must pay for the appropriate postage costs when returning products to us for exchange or refund. Refunds and credits will be at the sole discretion of CuddleFairy.com.

Custom Duties and Tariffs

For customers outside of the E.U., shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, customs, or other fees or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported.
