It has been a very busy June! I don’t even know where to begin! My blog life totally took over – I have so much to share there. I’m looking forward to taking a step back in July & enjoying the kids while they are on summer vacation.
We had some gorgeous weather early in June & thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The flowers are in bloom & the towns look really beautiful.
Hasbro sent us their new Play-Doh Town Ice Cream Truck. It was a big hit with our 3-year-old daughter. Then when our 6-year-old came home from school the real ice cream production began. I was kept going “tasting” ice creams all day.
Little lambs were born – they are so adorable when they are small! The kids love to see them too.
I received some Artistry makeup to try out. The packaging is beautiful & I’m looking forward to seeing what it’s like on!
The big news for #BloggerClubUK linky is that Clare is back from maternity leave & we are keeping Debbie. So we now have three hostesses which is fantastic! It’s meant lots more RT’s & energy on Twitter & also less comments to write for each of us.
The big news of June comes in the form of being named finalist – twice! First was for #BML16 in the Inspire category – which I’m sure you have read about already. The second is for Boots Maternity & Infant Awards in Dublin. Those awards are based purely on public vote so if you haven’t voted already, I’d really appreciate it! Please Vote Here. 🙂
#BML16 was amazing. The highlight for me was meeting so many amazing bloggers in real life. Here are a few snaps & you can read more about my experience on my #BML16 post. I really enjoyed being away all by myself. It was a fun break to just be me for a change. I’m really lucky to have such an amazing sponsor, Innovo, who sent me to #BML.
In the middle of the amazing finalist news I received the most fabulous tweet from the @MADBlogAwards saying I was nominated for the outstanding contribution award! I can’t tell you how much it means to me to be nominated for this award. I’m really grateful to the people who nominated me & I feel really honoured to be considered!
In other news, when I wasn’t paying any attention, my blog hit 100k views. I totally missed it. lol

So that was June! It was a whirlwind of blog excitement – voting, finalists, #BML16 while at the same time trying to keep family life going. I am taking it a bit easier for July to enjoy more family time. My quote linky, candid cuddles

We also have some changes to Blogger Club UK linky for the month of July. My husband & I celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary this month. So lots of excitement!!
