I have such exciting news for you today… I am a Lottie doll ambassador! Woohoo!! A blogger ambassador is someone who works closely with a brand. So over the coming months, I will be bringing you exclusive Lottie news, reviews & giveaways. Needless to say, the kids & are really thrilled to be working with Lottie as their newest ambassador.
We were already big Lottie fans in my house. I personally love this brand because it promotes positive body image for kids. And, because the dolls & accessories are of excellent quality.

Lottie is based on the proportions of a 9-year-old child, with the exception of her head (which has been increased to accommodate hair play). She dresses like a child would dress and as such she does not wear jewellery, makeup or high heels. And she can stand on her own two feet! It’s no wonder Lottie has won so many awards.
Our New Lottie & Finn Dolls
We love Lottie & Finn’s style. Their clothing looks like real kids clothing. They come with layers which make play all the more fun. The dolls themselves are adorable & proportioned like kids. It’s refreshing to have dolls in the house that are so realistic, innocent & fun. Even the box the dolls come in are fun, with a handle on top so they can be played with and used as storage for Lottie and her accessories.

As you can see in the video, each Lottie & Finn doll comes with layers of clothing. Everything is well made & packaged. The accessories make for fun, interactive play. The kids & I couldn’t be happier with their three new friends.
Lottie Encourages Kids to Embrace Their Uniqueness
I’m delighted to watch my kids play with dolls that look like themselves rather than bulked-up action men or disco headed make-up covered women. These dolls look like innocent kids & are truly heartwarming!
Every Lottie doll comes with a back story. Lottie & Finn live on the island of Branksea which is where the different adventures are set. For example, Pandora’s Box Lottie volunteers at Branksea Animal Shelter. She helps look after the homeless cats and dogs.
Each Lottie doll has its own personality & wonderful, unique qualities. These qualities encourage kids to be themselves & embrace their own uniqueness.
Our daughter who is 4, was recently prescribed with glasses. She didn’t want to wear them because she was afraid people would laugh at her. Myself, my husband & one of our sons already wore glasses so I’m not sure why she thought she’d be laughed at, but this was a big concern of hers.
For weeks we struggled to get her to wear her glasses, reassuring her and telling her how nice they look. When browsing for a Lottie doll, she immediately noticed Pandora’s Box Lottie becuase of her pretty pink glasses, just like hers! I can’t tell you how special & important this feature is to our little girl! She’s delighted to have a dolly that looks like her, with brown hair, brown eyes & pink glasses.
Lottie is all about inclusion so there are dolls with different coloured hair, eyes and some with glasses. And, Lottie is bringing out some new dolls soon which I’ll be excited to introduce to you!
